2018 Exhibitor Instructions
For those currently pledged to sponsor, the designated contact for each organization will receive information on exhibit set-up, staff registration, booth layout and important forms via email. In order to exhibit during the 2018 Design of Medical Devices Conference it is required to be a pledged sponsor.

All exhibits will be located on the second floor of the Graduate Minneapolis (formerly The Commons Hotel).
Enter through the main doors of the hotel, take the escalator up to the conference check-in desk.
Set-up and Dismantle Instructions
Monday, April 9, 7:00-10:00 PM and Tuesday, April 10, 7:00-10:00 AM
Do not leave valuable items on your display over night. Please store them in the designated room provided by the conference.
April 12, 10:15 AM–12:00 PM
All exhibits must be broken down by noon as there is another event at the hotel in the afternoon.
Dates and Time of Sponsor Showcase/Exhibit Hours
Tuesday, April 10: 10:00-10:30 am and 3:30-4:00 pm
Wednesday, April 11: 10:00-10:30 am and 3:30-4:00 pm
Thursday, April 12: 10:00-10:15 am
Upon arrival, please check in with the conference registration desk to pick up your name badge(s) before setting up your display. Name badges (either ours or your company’s) MUST be worn at all times. It is important that we, as well as attendees that visit your exhibit, know your name. Name badges cannot be picked up on Monday Evening.
Storage & Security
We have designated the room "Think 1" for Sponsor Storage throughout the conference. The room will be unlocked during set-up and dismantle times. We will unlock this room by 7:00 am each day and it will be locked no earlier than 6:00 pm each day. All items must be removed from this room by 12:00 PM on Thursday, April 12.
Neither the University of Minnesota nor the Graduate Minneapolis (formerly The Commons Hotel) will be responsible for any loss or damage to equipment or personal belongings while on site. We recommend removing items that carry value at the end of the day. We have never experienced vandalism of any kind, but cannot be held responsible if such an act occurs.
All exhibit personnel are required to individually register. This allows us to identify who is responsible for the on-site logistics of the exhibit space. A maximum of 10 exhibitors are allowed to register (2 per showcase). For more details and to register, please visit our Registration Page.

2) Booth and Session Access = $200* flat rate/all 3 days
3) Optional: Pre-Conference workshop is also available. DMD Corporate Sponsor rate for workshop is $400.00/person
*Lunch is not included but can be purchased for $27.50/day under either option #1 or #2

Shipping Items to the Hotel:
You may ship exhibit items no earlier than April 2. Please mark clearly on the materials: DMD Conference and your booth number. Ship to: Graduate Minneapolis, 615 Washington Avenue S.E., Minneapolis, MN 55414
Exhibitors can work directly with the hotel to ship boxes back to your respective company. The hotel's shipping and receiving department is run by John Greven (612-363-6612, firstname.lastname@example.org).
