Keynote luncheons are separate billable events.
The cost to attend is $27.50/day.
You must purchase a lunch ticket to attend the lunch presentation. Limited lunch tickets will be available on-site. If you have dietary restrictions, please contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the conference.
If you need to cancel your registration, a refund, minus $100 will be issued. If your total registration fee is less than $100, a 20% cancellation fee will be assessed and the remaining amount will be refunded. Cancellations must be in writing to DMD Conference Staff and within 120 days from the date of your registration. Cancellation requests after April 2, 2018 will not be eligible for a refund. All requests will be reviewed and processed within 72 business hours.
